It depends on how many requests you will need. For any action, search or call, we deduct 1 request. If it's a task we can't accomplish, you will not be charged a request. There are no other fees for our services, no contracts and no cancellation fees. Please check further details by following this link...pricing.

A request is anything you would like us to do that can be completed within 20 minutes. If your request requires more time, we will deduct from your remaining available requests. Please check the Service/Requests link for more information. 

DO4YOU provides "virtual" concierge and assistant services. We do not pick up, drop off, run errands or perform physical tasks of any kind. We can however, help you by calling other service providers who do provide those types of services. 

DO4YOU is available from M - F, 10am - 8pm.Rests on the national holidays. The red colored days on Korean calendar.

In most cases, requests are completed swiftly and efficiently by phone depending on the request.  Some requests may take up to 2 or 3 hours depending on the particular request.  If you wish to receive your response from us by e-mail that can be accommodated as well.

At the moment we only do English, but in the future we are planning to expand with Chinese and Japanese.
